Welcome to NewsDeals. By accessing or using our website at https://newsdeals.pro, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. RSS Aggregation & Content Attribution

NewsDeals is an aggregator and educational discovery platform. We parse public RSS feeds from reputable news outlets, scientific publishers, and journalistic organizations. Every article card and detail page prominently credits the original source name and includes direct clickable dofollow links to the original publication for readers to access the complete reporting.

2. AI Summaries & Fair Use

Our AI models produce transformative 3-bullet summaries (TL;DR) and positivity analysis to help users quickly grasp uplifting developments. These AI takeaways are concise factual overviews intended to spark interest and drive readership to the original source publications.

3. Copyright & DMCA Takedown Requests

We deeply respect intellectual property rights. If you are a copyright holder or publisher and wish to have your RSS feed excluded or a specific article snippet removed, simply email us and we will promptly remove the content within 24–48 business hours.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

NewsDeals is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While our multi-stage AI filters strive to ensure accuracy and positive tone, we are not responsible for errors in third-party news sources or temporary service interruptions.
